The business strategy for national financial service firm’s Wealth Management Division called for a doubling of assets under management (AUM) in five years. This required the formation of high performing teams, clarified plans and roles and improved leadership and sales skills.
Altus conducted a 1-year pilot Team Performance Improvement Program with six of the Wealth Advisory Teams. This included team workshops, meeting facilitation and individual coaching.
Exceeded first year AUM goals. We were then engaged to support ten additional teams. This included continuing work with the original pilot teams.
