How do you respond to stress?

Nir Megnazi brings attention to one of the important shifts leaders need to make as their scope grows. Leaders who focus on more action and ignore how they manage priorities to reduce stress eventually hit a wall (and may cause their teams to crash). Definitely take action, but sometimes that action is a deep reflection to identify what is most critical, what needs to change, or when new capabilities for yourself or your team are needed to build more capacity for action vs just “pushing harder on the gas pedal”.

Stress is not only hard on our bodies and our relationships, but it suppresses our most creative thinking and innovative actions.
