Don DeVito
Don DeVito partners with organizations to navigate complex transitions with empathy, clarity, and confidence—whether that’s a Fortune 500 company integrating after a merger or a multigenerational, family-run business preparing for a leadership transition. With a background inside large corporations and at the helm of high-stakes initiatives, he knows what it takes to move strategy from the page into practice. Don brings deep expertise in organizational assessment, change management, and cross-cultural dynamics. He meets people where they are—with calm, curiosity, and a practical, hands-on approach that builds trust and drives momentum.
Don draws on decades of experience inside fast-moving companies—ranging from Fortune 100s like TRW and Philips Electronics to engineering firms, manufacturing giants, and early-stage tech startups. He’s built and led international teams from North America to Europe and Asia-Pacific, delivering on high-stakes joint ventures, M&A integrations, and strategic turnarounds.
As a deeply committed business partner, he connects across every level of an organization—from frontline teams to executive leadership. Throughout his consulting career, he’s supported companies like Harley-Davidson, Indian Motorcycles, Loral Space Systems, and Kodak, as well as multi-generational businesses across the U.S.
Don also brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, having lectured at American University on international joint ventures and guided global organizations through cultural and organizational integration.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Labor Relations from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. In addition, he has held Department of Defense (DOD) clearances and served on multiple nonprofit boards, including Earth Care, Amity Foundation, and St. John’s College.
When he’s not consulting, Don can be found on a mountain trail, fly rod in hand, or on international study tours with his wife, continuing his lifelong practice of learning and presence.
