At E&J Gallo Winery, Dorothy partnered with the Barefoot executive leadership team to identify and implement strategic and structural changes. Within numerous California State agencies (including Transportation, Water Boards, Franchise Tax Board, State Assembly, and Parks), Dorothy has provided coaching and consultation to all levels of leadership to identify and execute their path forward. At UC Davis, Dorothy is currently coaching senior leaders and implementing a strategic planning methodology that allows for large-scale engagement and co-creation, alignment with initiatives, and clear priorities.
Dorothy believes that every organization and leader has the capacity for positive growth, and that her role as consultant and coach is to provide curiosity and support to this change process. She brings a wealth of tools and experience in strategic planning, building diverse and inclusive teams, communication, emotional intelligence, and prioritization to each client’s unique situation.
