Elayna Alexandra partners with individuals and organizations navigating uncharted territories and, through discovery conversations, helps them to access their courage, reflective capacity, resilience, and wellness. She focuses her work on people and organizations who know now is the time to disrupt the status quo and build what matters.
Elayna’s clients include organizations in nonprofit and government, start-ups, education, and leaders at such companies as Salesforce, Google, Berkshire Hathaway, Marsh McLennan Agency, and Michigan Financial.
Elayna’s work has been instrumental in helping organizations implement new operational strategies, articulating their story and brand with clarity and focus, and driving leaders to develop a more precise strategy, mission, and vision for their organizations. Elayna facilitates powerful conversations to unleash the wisdom in the room, with consideration for the voices that are often less heard or missing. Her clients report higher levels of confidence, clarity, and greater joy after working with her.
Elayna holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business, Human Science & Art from Marylhurst University. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, certified by Newfield Network as an Ontological Coach, and has completed a one-year certificate from the Institute of Generative Leadership. An award-winning artist and published writer, she has studied with Lions Story on Racial Literacy and trained as a virtual facilitator.
As a change-maker, Elayna is passionate about art and making the world a better place. In 2004, she founded Rise Above in Hillsboro, Oregon, an arts program for homeless youth. She and her two young sons reside in Michigan, where Elayna finds peace and sanctuary outdoors and indulges her love of plants and good food. Having survived a rare bone disease that resulted in her becoming an amputee in 2021, Elayna is now learning to run for the first time in her life.
