Eva Orbuch
Eva Orbuch is an organizational consultant, leadership and life coach, fierce advocate, and effective facilitator, supporting people and organizations of all backgrounds to move through inertia towards the meaningful results that they desire.
Eva’s work spans a diverse array of clients, from engineering companies to small businesses, creatives, educators, and activists. She has collaborated with Your Care Collective, Gather Inc., Prospera, San Francisco State University, and more. She previously worked with Schonfield Consulting, The People Piece, and Innovate Public Schools.
She works collaboratively and creatively to strengthen individuals, organizational capacity, community networks, power, and resilience to create a more just world. In addition to her coaching and facilitation, Eva is a skilled project manager, people leader, communicator, and digital strategist (in English and Spanish) with a strong lens on cultural humility and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Eva has a B.A. in Urban Studies from Stanford University and a Masters in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University. She completed her coaching training and certification with the Coactive Training Institute and is certified by the International Coaching Federation. She loves learning and continually building her skillset, and has taken a variety of courses such as co-counseling, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, and Academy for Coaching Excellence.
Eva dedicates herself to community building in the San Francisco Bay Area where she has lived her entire life. Eva has worked deeply with both youth and adults, first as a public middle school teacher and then as a community organizer with primarily low-income and immigrant families dedicated to helping their children and communities access educational rights. In that role, she built partnerships amongst a variety of stakeholders, such as non profit organizations, businesses, faith organizations, and government. Eva weaves a variety of spiritual practices into her life and offerings, such as earth-based Judaism, mindfulness and meditation, and nature awareness. Eva loves community building, drumming, singing, dancing, hiking, and match making of all sorts.
