Heather is respected for facilitating organizational transformation and demystifying high-performance with individuals and teams with a single mission in mind: to help people and organizations be excellent through radical authenticity. There’s an art to getting results, and Heather is passionate about revealing the mystery of high performance in teams and in life. She understands human motivation and is deeply passionate about helping people tap into their own agency and aliveness. As a corporate coach, she teaches leaders to access mind, heart, and body intelligence. Her approach allows leaders to access their strengths, improve their communication skills, build more satisfying relationships, speak powerfully, and take appropriate action.

She’s helped hundreds of people hone skills that bring greater ease and efficiency to their leadership roles. Heather is proficient in mindfulness leadership development and she often uses the enneagram – an incisive personality typology – to help individuals and teams see themselves in new ways.

She guides individuals and teams to become self-reflective and self-generating in producing results. Heather holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and culture from the University of California Santa Barbara.

She holds certifications from The Enneagram Prison Project and The Enneagram Institute. Her additional certifications include Integral Coach, New Ventures West, the TILT 365 Assessment Tool, Equine Guided Educator and Facilitator, and Coaching Excellence in Organizations from the Institute for Generative Leadership. Heather cares deeply about all people and believes they should live free from the limitations of their own personality patterns. She believes people are designed to learn and grow, which is why she is a compassionate and creative guide for her clients’ growth.

Heather resides in Northern California and Canada with her husband and two teenage kids. They enjoy all things related to outdoor adventures and spend as much time as possible enjoying the best of these two amazing countries.
