She helps leadership teams build the competence to have high-stakes conversations, navigate conflict, establish clear strategies, and inspire and mobilize employees.
Lynette’s 27-year career in the high-tech sector began in semiconductor manufacturing. While leading a 500+ person matrixed organization, she learned the why and how of building high-functioning, agile, teams that were mutually accountable. This was challenging, and interesting and provided ample opportunity to learn, make mistakes, and learn from those mistakes!
With this solid foundation, Lynette intentionally shifted her career focus to developing organizations and leaders. She held leadership roles in preparing organizations for large-scale global supply chain re-engineering, organization development for quality and technology development, and managed Intel’s Global Coaching programs. Lynette is an expert facilitator specializing in team and group coaching. She has extensive experience supporting organizations in developing Talent Strategies, Pipeline Planning, as well as coaching and sourcing executive development solutions.
Lynette opens new possibilities for clients and their teams and guides them in taking effective action toward their goals. By working with Lynette, clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others, leading to new possibilities in accessing their own potential for excellence. Clients have reported that they have cultivated their authentic voice, enabling them to step into their own power and have grown their influence which amplified their impact and reach. Lynette holds a BBA in Marketing, and an MBA in Operations Science from the Anderson Schools of Management, University of New Mexico. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC-level) and is certified through New Ventures West and has been trained in Adult Development Theory, Strozzi Somatic Coaching, and Alethia Integral Unfoldment Coaching. Lynette is certified and skilled in multiple leadership and psychometric assessments and has extensive experience using 360-degree data collection processes to inform individual and team development. Lynette is also the creator of the Leadership Fitness Coaching Program (LFC) which was pivotal for Intel Corporation to win the ICF Prism Award for Organizations in 2022.
