About Jon Osborne
Jon coaches and facilitates transformative learning experiences for leaders that help them achieve meaningful growth. With expertise in corporate strategy, innovation, and cultural change, he helps distill complexity and develop ways forward that are aligned, effective and sustainable. Jon has helped professional services and construction firms implement organization-wide change, including digital transformation and shifts to agile practice.
His corporate clients include Arup, Accenture, Autodesk, AGL, JLL, Bupa, Telstra, City of Sydney, Frasers Property, and HESTA. Jon also has experience working with the Australian Red Cross and Initiatives of Change. Before starting his practice, he worked in-house with leaders at Arup developing business strategy and growing practices supporting company-wide digital transformation.

Working as a coach, mentor, and thinking partner, he helps leaders develop a clear and compelling narrative that others want to follow.
Jon has expertise in helping organizations improve customer and employee experience. He partners with professional services, financial services, and construction firms to create sustained improvements to customer outcomes. Jon has supported implementing customer-first approaches to organizational change and helped a boutique Australian construction company increase growth and expand market share through a new service delivery model.
Jon holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from Manchester, UK, and several postgraduate coaching certifications. His education in Ontological Leadership and Coaching (Newfield Institute) offers his clients a powerful approach to leadership development that is repeatable, tangible, and teachable to any organization or team. A lifelong learner, he is also trained in Adaptive Leadership, Vertical Leadership Development, Theory U, The Leadership Circle, and Emotions Centered Coaching. He has taught strategy to hundreds of leaders and is a Senior LUMA human-centered design instructor. Jon also holds several certifications from the Institute of Generative Leadership, where he continues to coach students.
Jon cares about enabling learning that unlocks people’s potential. He’s passionate about human-first approaches to business that help individuals evolve themselves, their relationships, and results. A firm believer in every person’s ability to create, he delights in improvised problem solving with others. He established the Designing Transitions collective that runs events to facilitate conversations and provide education around structure.
Jon relaxes through music, dance, and the occasional round of golf. He continues to dance, teach and occasionally perform with an improvisation group in Melbourne, Australia, where he now lives.
