I care about making a significant impact with leaders and their organization in such a way they can influence other people at a higher level of awareness. I co-founded Altus to create a commitment-based team of people who share a similar care where we all thrive, grow and succeed alongside our clients.
One of my unique strengths is the ability to see untapped potential and design substantial and sustainable growth strategies for organizations. I’m skillful in guiding clients to enhance their conversational competency, business process methods and strategic tools allowing CEOs, C-Level executives and their senior cross-functional teams to transform their organizations. I’ve worked in this capacity with both private and public clients in the US and Europe.
I have a deep appreciation for the importance of planning, implementing business processes and building high performing teams through my early career experience as a financial management executive in both public and private companies.
As a lifelong learner, I actively focus on embodying new distinctions and share these with my clients. Currently, I’m involved with the Institute for Generative Leadership to advance their work in developing leaders and high performance organizations.
Giving back to the community is important to me and I’m involved in several organizations. I also love teaching at UCSD Extension and the Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers.
A native of Belgium, Europe, I moved to San Diego in 1995 and became a US Citizen in April 2010. I hold a BA in Finance from KHLeuven in Belgium, and a MBA in Strategic Management from Marshall Goldsmith School of Management. I’ve been fortunate to work with Dr. Ansoff, often referred to as the “father of strategic management” and have completed extensive Doctoral classes in Strategic Management. My wife Elke and I along with our two sons call Carmel Valley, CA home.
